Please read the following terms and conditions which relate to the services I offer. This is a short and sweet version of a longer more detailed version which will be included in your quotation and you can read below.
Your website and domain is owned by you. If we set up a hosting package for you and register your domain on your behalf, your website and domain is owned by you and registered in your name. If you decide to cancel your service I will help you move your domain elsewhere.
If you sign up for one of the maintenance packages you have access to technical and design support for your website as follows and at least 60 mins of FREE content or design updates (120mins for Silver, 180 mins for Gold):
All support plans are recurring monthly payments and will be set up via standing order.
I cannot offer refunds for hosting, however with a month’s notice this would not be necessary.
Typesetting rate: £4.00 per page
Cover design: starts at £750
What you get:
Digital photograph files are non-refundable once downloaded.
All support plans are set up as standing orders so can be cancelled by you. I do ask that you give me a month’s notice so I can assist you in migrating hosting to another provider if neccessary.
50% payment is due before work commences and 50% is due on completion as outlined in the quotation.
After site launch up to 4 hours of additional support is included.

If you are purchasing a customisable video from the site store (e.g. the festive videos) these are non-refundable once you have downloaded the files. If you want to see the completed video before you purchse then contact me directly to arrange this, there will be an additional fee of £5 per video.
